My-Mind S.R.L. (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy describes how the My-Mind Countdown Visual for Power BI handles information.
This policy applies only to the My-Mind Countdown Visual published in Microsoft AppSource and used within Microsoft Power BI Desktop, Service, or Embedded. It does not cover other My-Mind websites, applications, or services.
- The visual runs entirely inside the Power BI sandbox.
- It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to My-Mind S.R.L. or third parties.
- All calculations and visualizations occur locally in the user’s Power BI environment.
- The visual may access dataset fields that the report author explicitly binds (e.g., event date, name). This data remains within the Power BI service and is never sent externally.
If enabled by the tenant administrator or report author, the visual may send anonymous usage metrics (e.g., version number, visual load count, error type) to Microsoft AppSource telemetry endpoints to improve reliability. No user, tenant, or dataset identifiers are included.
The visual itself retains no information. Any optional telemetry data collected by Microsoft follows Microsoft’s own privacy and compliance framework.
The visual is built with secure coding practices, uses no external scripts, and operates under Power BI’s sandbox and Content Security Policy (CSP). All updates are signed and distributed through Microsoft AppSource.
My-Mind S.R.L. cannot view, download, or modify any customer data in Power BI reports. Support requests may include screenshots or sample PBIX files voluntarily shared by customers; these are used solely for troubleshooting and deleted after resolution.
No third-party cookies, analytics, or trackers are embedded in the visual.
We may update this policy periodically. The “Effective date” above will reflect the latest revision.
